I Met an Incredible Woman!
In a recent encounter at the Monthaven Art and Cultural Center, while attending an exhibition opening, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Tara Perry, an extraordinary woman with over 25 years of experience in healing psychological issues. Her clientele includes notable figures from Hollywood, Olympic athletes, and First Responders.
We talked for a short time at the opening, but as daylight was fading, Tara needed to get home to put her chickens up. There were so many questions I wanted to ask, and so many things that I wanted to share. Before parting ways Tara gave me her business card which, in and of itself, intrigued me by its creativity: a drawing of the human brain that is actually a QR Code for her podcast: “Next Level Healing”.
I have little time to listen to podcasts, and because of this I am very particular about which ones I subscribe to. Monday evening I had a moment to give her show a listen, just long enough to assess it. The episode I chose was “The Stunning Science of Shared Death Experiences with William Peters”.
The content blew me away! I found myself unable to unplug, and went from “assessing” to listening to the entire episode. Since that evening I have listened to two additional episodes, and I am hooked!
Tara's approach, grounded in scientific discoveries, offers hope and insight into our lives—a philosophy I wholeheartedly support. One standout episode, "It’s Free, Feels Great & Changes Lives," delves into the transformative power of gratitude. Featuring interviews with experts Adrian Gostick and Chester Elton.
Expressing gratitude is not only spiritually sound, but it is also significantly beneficial to our physical wellbeing, as the two guests being interviewed attest to with evidence.
Tara and her guests are beacons of hope in our world, sharing invaluable insights that not only enrich our lives but also have the potential to uplift others. Their work is instrumental in fostering a more hopeful and empathetic society.
